The staff's friendliness has deteriorated. My order was wrong and I wanted to stop at another DD on my way to work to swap out the distasteful item, however, the manager at that DD wanted me to pay for another coffee despite of the fact that they messed up. It's a franchise she says and not the same DD. IDC! customer service is key. A freaking coffee shouldn't be a problem to replace. So turned off with DD!! I'll be going back to Starbucks!
